A Moorhead woman was killed Friday afternoon in a head-on crash on Highway 34 in Otter Tail County.
Janeen M. Virnala, 60, of Moorhead died in the accident. She was a passenger in 1996 Dodge Intrepid that was eastbound on Highway 34.
The car crossed the center line east of County Road 23 and collided with a 2007 Jeep CMP four-door wagon driven by Steven W. Haiby, 47, of Pelican Rapids.
He suffered non life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
The crash occurred about 3 p.m. on dry two-lane blacktop.
