– A Fargo woman who allegedly assaulted someone during a flight to Hector International Airport was “combative” with officers after landing Wednesday night and was arrested, Fargo police said.
Allison Kathryn Johnson, 35, was arrested outside the airport for resisting police officers, said police Lt. Joel Vettel. Police were informed by airport authorities about 9:30 p.m. that Johnson was aboard a flight to Fargo and would need to be escorted off the plane by officers, Vettel said. When officers tried to do that, Johnson resisted.
“They brought her … off the premises, and during the course of that she became combative,” Vettel said, adding that “alcohol appears to be a factor.”
Police are working with the FBI, which is handling the inquiry into what happened on the flight.
Vettel said medical assistance was not needed for any possible victim of Johnson’s alleged in-flight assault.
