FARGO - A criminal complaint has been filed against a Fargo hand surgeon, alleging he drugged a woman at his home using the anesthesia drug propofol.
According to court documents and Fargo police, Dr. Jon Norberg is charged with felony gross sexual imposition. The complaint in Cass County Court alleges Norberg injected the woman with the anesthesia drug and had sex with her. The victim told police she never consented to the sex while under the effects of the drug.
Norberg most recently worked at Sanford, but on Monday the hospital said the allegations involve an incident that happened before he started at Sanford. Norberg is on leave from the hospital.
