In addition to the three counts of luring, Jeremy Scott Olthoff is charged with three counts of child pornography possession and two counts of corrupting a minor.
The charges were filed on Friday, two days after an arrest warrant was issued for Olthoff on Wednesday.
According to court documents:
Olthoff, who is either 27 or 28 years old, admitted to Fargo police that he had sex and took videos and photographs of two minors he met online.
The alleged second victim was found by state investigators after Olthoff's computer was seized via a search warrant.

Olthoff also told police he had sex once with the third victim, who he also met online and urged to send him naked photos. In a June 15 interview with detectives, Olthoff said he thought one of the three victims was 17 or 18 years old at the time they had sex. Told she was 16 years old, he hung his head and didn't respond, court documents state.
All eight counts are Class C felonies. Each can carry a sentence of up to five years, a $5,000 fine or both.
A message left on the cell phone number listed for Olthoff in court records was not returned. A luring charge requires a mandatory minimum sentence of one year in prison.
