From walleye to orca whales, volcanos to airplanes, bearded dragons to gazelles, Century fifth graders were Experts for a Day this week. Sally Yliniemi, above, who traps with her dad, Todd, studied the habits of bobcat, learning their menu holds quite a variety - and their bobbed tail is the origin of their name. Students were awarded stars when they were able to answer questions posed by peers.
