Local children building on a holiday tradition created crafts that look good enough to eat.
Second-graders at Century School completed their gingerbread house projects this week.
"Students were asked to make a house with Graham crackers, a milk carton, and frosting. They then had free reign on decorations," said second grade teacher Kristen Poehler. "This is normally a parent event, but unfortunately, (we) had to do it on our own in the classrooms."
