Edmund 'Jordy' Thomas
Edmund "Jordy" Thomas, 53, of Huntersville died Saturday, March 11, 2006 while driving truck in Decatur, GA.
He was born Oct. 24, 1952 to Edmund and Viola (Sowers) Thomas in Anoka. When he was 5 the family moved to Des Moines, IA where he attended school.
He married Mary Williams And they lived in Davenport, IA. He worked for John Deere Tractor Company for 14 years. He lived throughout Iowa and Minnesota. In the mid-1990s he moved to Huntersville and bought the Huntersville Outpost Bar and Grill. He sold the bar in the late 1990s and began driving truck. He most recently was working for Tony's Transfer of Wadena.
He is survived by two children, Eddie (fiancé Josephine Hensel) of Huntersville and Jodi Thomas of Unionville, MO, and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 21 at Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids.
