Stacy Rae Riddle, 39, of 1105 Linden Lane, Detroit Lakes has been sentenced for felony financial transaction card fraud.
According to court records, on Aug. 7 she took a State Bank & Trust debit card that had been mailed to a roommate. She withdrew $200 cash from a bank ATM and tried to withdraw $102 at two other locations in Detroit Lakes.
She appeared Wednesday before District Judge Joe Evans, who stayed imposition of sentence for five years and placed her on supervised probation. She was sentenced to 31 days in jail, time served, and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court fees, and $200 in restitution.
