Lorraine Marie Stewart, 44, of 525 Washington Ave., Apt. B1, has been sentenced for controlled substance crime.
According to court records, on March 12 special agents searched the apartment she shared with Jamie Allen Danzeisen and allegedly found 4 grams of methamphetamines and 80 grams of marijuana, along with packaging items and survellience cameras.
Stewart appeared Aug. 6 before District Judge Lisa Borgen, who sentenced her to 48 months in prison, execution of sentence stayed 25 years. She was placed on supervised probation for 25 years. She must serve six months in jail, with work release and STS privileges granted. She was fined $1,000 plus court fees and must successfully complete drug court, as well as submit to random drug testing.
