Medical: Sept. 9: An ambulance was requested on State Hwy. 64 for a 19-year-old female whose arm was stuck in the bearings of potato machinery;

Sept. 10: An ambulance was requested on County 93 for a blind 84-year-old male who fell and hit his head.

Miscellaneous: Sept. 9: A business check was requested in Nevis; A caller was suspicious about a female scraping paint off a vehicle on the side of the road; A welfare check was requested for two people who had been staying for several weeks in a tent of U.S. Hwy. 71 with no access to facilities; School walk-throughs were requested in Nevis and Laporte; A welfare check was requested at a residence on County 4 for children age 4 and 6 who were possibly unattended;
