$16,000 worth of hash oil, marijuana seized in Osage
On Sept. 12, at approximately 8:13 p.m., the Becker County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant in Osage, which resulted in the arrest of two individuals.
Morgan Elizabeth Marie Anderson, 18, of Park Rapids, and Matthew Michael Gibson, 18, of Osage, are being held at the Becker County Jail pending charges for selling a controlled substance.
During the search, authorities seized approximately 338 grams of butane hash oil wax and approximately 616 grams of suspected marijuana, which has an approximate street value of $16,000. Four firearms were also seized in the investigation.
The incident is still under investigation.
The sheriff's department was assisted by the West Central Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force, the Paul Bunyan Task Force, the Hubbard County Sheriff's Office, and the Minnesota DNR-Enforcement Division.
