Officers were elected at the annual Hubbard County Republican Convention March 7 at the Park Rapids American Legion.
A video called "The Foundations of American Government" by David Barton was shown. The guest speaker was Rep. Larry Howes, who talked about what has been happening in St. Paul during the Legislative session. A question and answer session was held with Rep. Howes.
