Hubbard County commissioners have unanimously approved a special $200,000 levy for the Hubbard County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA).
The levy qualifies the HRA to receive a matching grant from the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF).

The two-year HRA plan as presented would rehabilitate 40 houses and help finance 10 more. Additionally, the HRA would give down payment assistance to four households after applicants complete one of four Home-stretch education classes the HRA will provide.
