The CIA rules the day on Twitter by launching its official Twitter account and sending out possibly the greatest first tweet any US government agency has ever sent.

The Central Intelligence Agency proved it in spades with its first tweet, which has the Twitterverse talking, tweeting: "We can neither confirm nor deny that this is our first tweet." Perhaps followers to @CIA should be careful, too, just to be safe.??
