Two of the three suspects in Friday's drive-by shooting have been charged.
Jesus Thomas Ali, 21, of St. Paul, and Randall Scott Seelye, 20, address unknown, were charged on Monday.
Ali was charged with a felony dangerous weapons charge of drive-by shooting toward a person, occupied motor vehicle or occupied building, and also being an ineligible person in possession of a firearm.
Seelye was charged with felony aiding and abetting a dangerous weapons charge of drive-by shooting toward a person, occupied motor vehicle or occupied building.
Both men remain the in the Beltrami County Jail.

Both were arrested, along with a juvenile male, following an investigation into a drive-by shooting that was reported at about 2 a.m. Friday on the 19800 block of Plantation Road Southeast.
According to the criminal complaint, witnesses reported seeing a red or maroon-colored Dodge Dynasty pulling up in front of a residence when a man wearing a black leather jacket exited the rear passenger door of the vehicle and fired six or seven shots at the house before getting back into the vehicle and leaving the scene.
Beltrami County Sheriff's deputies found seven 9 millimeter casings and observed where the shots had hit the ground and the side of the house, the complaint said.
There were three adults and an 11-month-old child in the home at the time of the shooting, but no one was struck or hurt, the complaint said.
About 30 minutes later, deputies located a 1992 maroon Dodge Dynasty on the 19700 block of Williams Road Southeast, the complaint said. They observed that the vehicle had recently been driven and there were three sets of footprints leaving the vehicle.
The owner of the residence let deputies into the house, claiming not to know to whom the vehicle belonged, the complaint said.
In the basement, deputies located Ali, a leather jacket, a ski mask and a pair of gloves, the complaint said. Seelye was also found hiding in the basement, along with the 15-year-old boy who was later arrested.
The boy told deputies that he was asked by Seelye earlier that day if he could use his vehicle, and then met with Seelye and Ali and drove to Plantation Road, the complaint said. The boy said Seelye and Ali had a "beef" with someone who lives at the residence.

Ali was wearing a ski mask and gloves when they approached the residence, and Ali took out the gun and fired several rounds at the home, the boy reported, the complaint said. Ali later tossed the gun into the woods.
Deputies followed the footprints in the snow and recovered the 9 millimeter pistol, wrapped in a ski mask, between 8 and 10 feet into the woods, the complaint said.
Seelye previously was convicted of felony possession of an assault weapon, the complaint said.
Ali, a confirmed criminal gang member, has numerous felony conviction and adjudication for weapons and drug offenses, the complaint said.
