Asarae Carmichael and Matthew Bartzatt, both of Fargo, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Russ and Connie Carmichael of Park Rapids and Marcia Bartzatt of Lincoln, Neb.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Park Rapids Area High School and Wadena Minnesota State Community and Technical College as a nail technician. She is employed at Golden Corral in Fargo.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Lincoln, Neb. High School and is also employed at Golden Corral.
The wedding is planned for June 27, 2009 at Riverside United Methodist Church in Park Rapids.
