At about 12:45 p.m. Sunday, Aug.1, the Breezy Point Police Department received a call of a missing male adult from the Breezy Point Resort area. The man was last seen leaving the Dock Side Bar at the Breezy Point Resort around 2:20 a.m. Sunday.
At approximately 6:28 p.m., a deceased adult male was found in approximately 3 feet of water under a dock near the Dock Side Bar in Pelican Lake. The male was identified as Nicholas Greve, 26, of Richfield Minn.
The victim was transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. Foul play is not suspected. The incident is under investigation.
The search was a combined effort of the Breezy Point Police Department, The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office, Pequot Lakes Fire Department, Minnesota State Patrol Aviation and Breezy Point Resort Security.
