WAUBUN, MINN. – A bomb threat forced the evacuation of Waubun High School on Tuesday.
The threat was made in written form, according to a news release from the Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office.
Law enforcement was informed of the threat about 1:40 p.m. After a thorough search of the school, no suspicious devices or activities were found, and the “all clear” was given about 2:38 p.m., the release stated. The threat remains under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
