A bird flew into the cab of a truck, distracting the driver and causing a rollover crash south of Morris on Wednesday in which both man and bird were uninjured, the Stevens County Sheriff's Office reported.

The sheriff's office investigated the one vehicle roll over at about 11 a.m. south of 280th St on 530th Avenue.

The driver of the truck, Leonel Acevedo, reported that he was driving southbound on 530th Avenue when a bird flew in the cab of his pickup. The bird caused him to be distracted momentarily. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled one time in the ditch.

Acevedo was not injured and neither, apparently, was the bird, the sheriff's office reported.
