Bemidji man to serve 15 days after rolling car

By Crystal Dey / Bemidji Pioneer  A Bemidji man charged with terroristic threats received a 15 day jail sentence Monday in Beltrami County District Court. Kenneth Oscar Osmundson, 24, was accused of intentionally rolling his car on U.S. Highway 2 in July. Osmundson and a female passenger were transported to the hospital after the accident. Osmundson pleaded not guilty to felony second-degree assault and terroristic threats in September. Osmundson was found guilty of terroristic threats Nov. 13; the assault charge was dismissed Monday. Osmundson was granted a stay of adjudication and sentenced to 15 days in the Beltrami County Jail. He was credited with three days time served. Osmundson has been placed on five years supervised probation.
