Bail has been set at $150,000 for a Frazee man accused of violating the sexual offender registration law.
Christopher Alan Jones, 27, of 607 Second St. S.E., Lot 2, Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with two felony counts of violating the state's predatory offender registration law.
According to court records, Jones was adjudged delinquent of second-degree criminal sexual conduct in 1997 and was required to register until at least the year 2017.
His last residential address was listed as Osage, but he allegedly admitted to police that he has been living in Frazee since June without registering as required.
He was convicted of failing to register in North Dakota in 2006.

He appeared Monday before Becker County District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $150,000, with conditions, and set his next court appearance for Sept. 14.
