Alcohol is believed to be involved in a two-vehicle crash that occurred Saturday in Hubbard County.
According to Hubbard County dispatch, a multiple-vehicle accident in which one vehicle rolled over was reported at 8:11 p.m. Sept. 26.
A Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) report puts the accident at 8:13 p.m. on U.S. Hwy. 2 in Farden Township.
According to the MSP incident report, the accident occurred when a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Cody Michael Olson, 23, of Bemidji, was westbound on Hwy. 2 near Wind Flower Road. It was struck head-on by a 2016 Ford Fusion, driven by Gina Marie Arancivia, 46, of New Town, N.D., traveling east in the westbound lane.
Alcohol was involved on Arancivia’s part, and she was not wearing a seat belt, the MSP report states. Airbags deployed in both vehicles.

Arancivia was uninjured. Her passenger, Christopher Dean Turner, 42, of Akeley, and Olson both sustained non-life threatening injuries, and no one was hospitalized. Both Turner and Olson were wearing seat belts, according to the MSP report.
According to MSP Sgt. Neil Dickenson, Arancivia was arrested for driving while impaired. A blood sample was taken and sent to the Minnesota BCA for analysis.
