Addison "Addie Mae" Mae Peters, 2 days old, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007 at Innovis Hospital in Fargo.
She was born Sept. 11, 2007 to Jake Peters and Alexis Kelly.
She is survived by her parents of Park Rapids; maternal grandparents, John and Cindy Kelly of Park Rapids; paternal grandparents, Kelly Grossman of Park Rapids and Pat and Darlene Peters of Grand Rapids.
Visitation: One hour prior to the service.
Funeral: 6 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids with her great-grandmother, Pat Peterson, officiating.
