67-year-old Fargo man dies at WE Fest Handicap camping grounds

A 67-year-old Fargo man was found non-responsive at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9 at the WE Fest Handicap camping grounds, according to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.

A 67-year-old Fargo man was found non-responsive at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9 at the WE Fest Handicap camping grounds, according to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.

The individual had a long history of serious medical conditions and was in the company of his daughter, son and granddaughter, according to the sheriff's office. The man was taken to St. Mary's Innovis Health Center and pronounced dead.

The sheriff's office reports no alcohol or foul play and is determining the cause of death to be from natural causes.

The name is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
