A second Level III sex offender will be moving to Park Rapids next month.

Mark Anthony Rehm, 27, is due to be released from prison Oct. 30 and will be relocating here, Park Rapids Police Chief Terry Eilers said.

To the chief's knowledge, Rehm has no prior ties to the area.

Rehm has been convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct, according to the information the Fergus Falls Police Department has filed with a state sex offenders registry.

Rehm's Department of Corrections profile indicates he "has a history of sexual contact with females ages 4-14."

He will be living on the 300 block of Central Avenue North.

He is the second Level III offender to move to the city. Troy Lee Bruce, 38, is listed as living on the 800 block of Pine Street in Park Rapids. His DOC file indicates "he has a history of sexual contact with juvenile males."
