A Wisconsin woman was injured in an alcohol-related accident Saturday in Badoura Township.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the accident occurred at 3:20 p.m. July 6 when a 2010 Nissan Murano driven by Matthew Charles Olson, 24, of Moorhead was southbound on State Hwy. 64 at County Road 109. The driver made an unsafe pass and rolled the vehicle.

Olson was uninjured. A passenger in the vehicle, Angelica Marie Romenesko, 22, of Sauk City, Wis. received non-life-threatening injuries and was not transported to a medical facility.

Both occupants of the Nissan were wearing seat belts. However, the crash report says alcohol was a factor in the crash.
