As the Hubbard County region closes in on 4 inches of recent rain, no reports have yet emerged of road problems.

The area remains under a hazardous weather outlook.

The Enterprise Facebook page is full of stories of lightning strikes of area houses, hail damage, ruined gardens and rushing water, but no official damage reports were available Wednesday morning. The Park Rapids Municipal Airport logged nearly 4 inches of rain in the last 48 hours, according to the National Weather Service out of Grand Forks.

Here is the extended outlook, which includes more rain:

Today: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Cloudy, with a high near 67. North northwest wind between 7 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52. West northwest wind between 6 and 8 mph.

Thursday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 71. West northwest wind between 8 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
