Standing “Nevis strong,” the town mascot is wearing a mask to show solidarity with many of the residents who are doing the same to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Judy Anderson of the Nevis Women’s Club, Norm Ciffra of the Nevis Lions Club and Tracy Ganley from the Nevis C&C placed a mask over its face recently. Ganley made the mask from a bed sheet.
