“Art as Mirror” will be on display from Oct. 3 through Jan. 20, 2023 at Watermark Art Center’s BSU Harlow/Kleven Gallery in Bemidji.
Art reflects society’s shifting culture and values. Through art, the artist can motivate the viewer to consider personal values and opinions and to cause change. A timeless collection of prints and ceramics, “Art as Mirror” asks viewers to consider who we are and who we want to be with regard to cultural, historical and political themes.
Watermark galleries are free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. For more information, call 218-444-7570 or visit WatermarkArtCenter.org.
