Organizers of the Hubbard Prairie Sleigh Festival are seeking volunteers to help with this year’s Sunday, Feb. 22 event. Those interested in continuing the fourth year of fun – centered around majestic horses, sleigh rides, a chili feed and community theater entertainment – are invited to attend a meeting at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11 at the Hilltop in Hubbard. Break the winter doldrums. Help make this another successful event. The concert series continues Feb. 10 with Davina & The Vagabonds.
The Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning presents a different program each Tuesday from Feb. 28 to April 18.
The royal couple was crowned during a school assembly on Jan. 30, followed by more spirit week festivities.
