A live show for kids is touring area libraries, and will land at the Park Rapids Area Library at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 25.
“Ralph’s World” is a mega-fun musical planet where kids rock and dance to their own and their parents’ delight. It’s the creation of Ralph Covert, an indie rocker, songwriter, playwright and children’s book author.
Covert takes the high energy and melodic sense he developed for his touring pop-rock band and applies it to kids’ music. He engages his young fans with activity songs, story songs, dancing songs and a healthy dose of silliness.
With 10 albums and countless shows from coast to coast, “Ralph’s World” is a family friendly rock-n-roll experience parents and kids can love.
Other tour dates in the area include June 21 at public libraries in Bemidji, Blackduck and Cass Lake, June 22 in Walker and Pequot Lakes, June 23 in Brainerd and Cross Lake and June 24 in Longville and Pine River.
