The Pat Lenertz Band of Fargo-Moorhead returns to 2nd Street Stage on Thursday, July 8.

Drawing on their love for Americana and roots musicians like Willie Nelson, Wilson Pickett, Bill Withers, John Prine and Bob Dylan, the band plays all things roots and rockin’.

Along with Lenertz, band members include Trevor Pearson, drums; Travis Atwood, bass and vocals; and Mike Jenkins, keyboards and vocals.

The Park Rapids Downtown Business Association presents the weekly concert series from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday evenings through Aug. 19 (7 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 12), featuring bands, a beer garden and family activities on the second block of Main Avenue South in Park Rapids.

The PRDBA urges everyone to bring their own lawn chair and to support the event by buying an official 2021 button to receive $2 off beverages at the beer garden.

Major sponsors are Enbridge, R.D. Offutt Farms and TruStar Federal Credit Union. This week’s band sponsor is TEAM Industries. Social hour, starting at 5 p.m., is sponsored by Northwoods Bank.
