“The Dream Tree” is inspired by a Pinterest project discovered by Menahga art teacher Dawn Rossbach. The tree is “growing” outside her classroom. “It’s intended for students who finished projects early to make a leaf in a creative way of their choosing,” she explains. “They anonymously write their dream on the back of the leaf, making the tree grow a little bigger. It’s open to all students in the school.” (Shannon Geisen / Enterprise)
