The Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning presents Doug Ohman with “Minnesota from the Road,” 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5 at the Armory Arts and Events Center in Park Rapids.
A Minnesota historian, photographer and storyteller, Ohman will take the audience to fun and interesting roadside spots throughout the state. Focusing on unique locations with a rich history, he will prompt audience members to want to set out on a road trip.
Followers of HCLL may remember Ohman’s previous programs, where he showed barns of Minnesota and libraries of Minnesota and spoke about his books of photo collections.
The program is open to the public, free of charge and handicap accessible.
