Former Valley News Live television anchor Michelle Turnberg has landed a job with a local radio station.
In a private Facebook message sent to The Forum, the popular regional personality said yesterday evening that she is going to be "spending some time" over at the 790 AM KFGO radio station on its "Live @ 5" program.
Turnberg parted ways with the KVLY-KXJB news team in June - a move initiated by station management. No reason was given for the station's decision.
Last year, Forum readers voted Michelle Turnberg the area's best TV anchor. She has received numerous other honors.
