The Park Rapids Downtown Business Association invites you to celebrate summer at 2nd Street Stage events Thursday evenings through Aug. 22.
“Saint Anyway” will entertain at 2nd Street Stage from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 18. This “stomp-grass” trio, comprised of Tony Petersen, Jamie Kallestad and Dane Levinski, is originally from the northland region. The band honed their chops in the tightly knit (and lately renowned) indie music incubator of Duluth, but is frequently touring farther from home.
Park Rapids Antique Tractor & Engine Club members will bring a few antique tractors to the celebration July 18.
Patchouli will return to the 2nd Street Stage from 6 to 8 p.m. July 25, the first day of Crazy Days. In the spirit of a fun day, there’ll be a costume contest. Arvig will join 2nd Street Stage festivities, too, hosting their Summer Bash customer appreciation event from 4 to 8 p.m. Bring the family, enjoy supper and watch as your kids and grandkids play on the bouncy games for free.
2nd Street Stage offers free live bands, a beer garden and family activities on 2nd Street between Main Avenue and Highway 71. Please bring your own chair.
