Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given to the residents of Park Rapids, Minnesota, of public hearings scheduled for Monday, March 14, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the regular Planning Commission Meeting to be held at Park Rapids City Hall, 212 Second Street West, Park Rapids, MN 56470. All persons wishing to speak regarding these issues, either in writing or in person, will be heard at this time. A. Revocation request pursuant to City Code §151.243(l) (1) of a Conditional Use Permit to Establish an Event Center with Banquet Facility, in the B-1 Zoning District at 807 1st St. W, approved by Resolution #2017-171 on November 14, 2017 and Recorded as Document #A000394662.
