Hubbard County began to utilize iCompass to share agendas and minutes for the Board of Commissioners meetings with county staff and the public on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
The iCompass program is a product of Diligent Corporation a company that specializes in meeting management solutions for local government. The Administrator's office along with the Department Heads and their staff, have been working within the iCompass portal to develop, implement and test this new software as an improvement to the former system. Additionally, the agenda management software will improve the agenda meeting workflow process, increase the efficiency of agenda packet development, increase accessibility, and offer paperless options.
With the portal, visitors can:
•Use the calendar to find an upcoming or previous public meeting;
•Subscribe to e-updates about meetings;
•Click on the meetings tab organized by the type of meeting (Board of Commissioners and Planning Commission)
The public has the opportunity to self-subscribe to receive notices from iCompass when agendas and minutes have been made available. Follow the link on the county website to gain access to the new portal or type the following address into your browser, https://hubbardcounty.civicweb.net/Portal/. Board materials prior to October 20, 2021 will continue to be accessible in the previous location on the county web page.
