Elizabeth Wefel, an attorney with Flaherty & Hood, P.A., updated the Park Rapids City Council on Sept. 27 about the Coalition of Greater Minnesota Cities' lobbying efforts in 2022.
The city council set the preliminary levy total at $3,048,250, with the final budget to be discussed on Dec. 13.
The Park Rapids Area League of Women Voters held a candidate forum on Monday, Sept. 27 for city council candidates.
