Wibe earns Helen Keller Award

The Park Rapids Lions awarded the Helen Keller Award to Lion Ann Jean Wibe for her work with the Kids Sight program and her participation in club activities.

Vision became a primary focus of the Lions Clubs International when Helen Keller challenged the Lions to adopt vision programs.
