Evelyn Bower will be heading to the Mall of America in March to take part in America’s Little Miss pageant. She is 5 years old and the daughter of Samantha Scandin and Kevin Bower of Nevis.
Bower will be representing Nevis in the “America’s Mini Miss” competition, which will include on-stage questions as well as evening gown and modeling competitions.
Winners of America’s Little Miss Minnesota state competition will receive many prizes and will represent Minnesota at the Little Miss National competition in Orlando, Fla. this summer.
