Elect Judge Halverson

This letter is paid content. I met Chuck Halverson over 30 years ago when he was Judge Clinton Wyant’s law clerk in Brainerd. I continued to interact with him while he was an associate with a well-respected Brainerd law firm, after he moved into private practice, and after he became Judge Halverson. Throughout the years, I have always known Judge Halverson to be level-headed with a quick legal mind and respectful to all.

Our Founding Fathers were adamant about having an independent judiciary, one that is not political, one that is not beholden to local special interests, and one that does not come into the position with a personal agenda. Judge Halverson demonstrates in his jurisprudence that he fully meets all those qualifications.
