The University of Minnesota Extension hosts a free “The Art of Beekeeping” workshop from 5-9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24 and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25 at Guthrie Town Hall. Learn what it takes to manage honey bees throughout the year, extract honey, prepare hives for the winter and manage surviving colonies.
