Marvin Dale Morris, 38, of Bagley was sentenced for third-degree DW. He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which are stayed for three years.
He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Arlene Theresa Bell, 22, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must serve 46 days in jail. Credit for time served is 46 days.

She was placed on five years probation, successful completion of which will result in a misdemeanor conviction, and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Richard Franklin Jackson, 33, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine. A sentence of 15 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for 10 years. He must serve 180 days in jail. Credit for time served is 127 days.

He was placed on 10 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Ray Gene Partridge, 19, of Bemidji was sentenced for third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which are stayed for three years. Credit for time served is 22 days.

He was placed on probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Sabin Mitchell Mhyra, 22, of Bemidji was sentenced for check forgery. He must serve one year in jail and pay a $50 fine.

Gary Wayne Jackson Jr., 40, of St. Paul was sentenced for giving a peace officer a false name. He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which are stayed for one year.

He was placed on one year probation and must pay a $50 fine.

The following cases were heard on July 2 by Beltrami District Judge Paul Benshoof

Lawrence Edward Krumrey II, 24, of Cass Lake was sentenced for felony fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance. A sentence of 21 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for 30 years. He must serve one year in jail. Credit for time served is 120 days.

He was placed on 30 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Jordan Anthony Thompson, 19, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fourth-degree burglary. He must serve one year in jail, 248 days of which are stayed for two years.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $100 fine.

Raymond Sylvester Forster, 50, of Blackduck was sentenced for second-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 320 days of which are stayed for four years.

He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.
