Sanford Health welcomes Grant Coauette, PA-C, to the family medicine team
Sanford Health in Bemidji welcomes Grant Coauette, PA-C, to the family medicine team at the Sanford Bemidji Main Clinic.
Grant received his undergraduate degree in biology from University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Following his doctorate, Grant returned to the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND, where he obtained his master’s in physician assistant studies. In addition, he is board certified from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
As a physician assistant, Grant specializes in services such as preventative and primary care across the lifespan, women’s health, annual wellness exams, chronic disease management and sports physicals. He treats chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), colds, coughs, diabetes, ear infections, heart disease, high blood pressure, minor injuries and sore throats.
When asked of his idea of care, Grant shared, “I am here to make a healthy difference in my patients’ lives by listening, educating, and most importantly working with them as a team. I am here to travel next to you on your health care journey.”
In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with his family outdoors. Channeling his culinary interests, Grant is also a foodie who loves to cook for himself and others. Grant is married to Amber and has two young children, Anders and Iris.
