Lamb Weston/RDO Frozen donated 104 cases — about 3,240 pounds — of potato product to the Hubbard County Food Shelf on Jan. 10.

The food shelf is seeing up to a 10 percent increase in monthly usage, said assistant food shelf director Denny Ulmer. About 400 to 450 families seek assistance each month, he explained, and that requires about 50,000 pounds of food. "So donations really help," Ulmer said.
