Art Leap, an open studio event featuring artists’ studios and culturally rich destinations in the Park Rapids area, will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year. The Park Rapids Area Library is conducting a facility needs assessment to determine the future space and facility needs of the library necessary to deliver services to the Park Rapids area.
