The Pelican Rapids woman accused of hitting a boy while driving an ATV and leaving the scene has changed her plea to guilty in Otter Tail County Court. Abigail Feist, 24, was driving the vehicle in March outside the Pelican Rapids Supper Club when she hit the 6-year-old boy and left the scene. The boy had minor injuries in the crash. 34-year-old female inmate has been flown to a Duluth-area hospital after she was found to be unresponsive and then revived at the Beltrami County Jail early Tuesday.
