Miranda June Sweet, 33, of Detroit Lakes, has been charged with felony domestic assault and gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process. On Sept. 29 police were called to a residence on West Lake Drive where Sweet was temporarily staying with her mother. According to court records, Sweet allegedly got into an altercation with her mother, who suffered broken glasses and a skinned knee. Sweet was arrested and was allegedly disruptive during the booking process at the Becker County Jail.
