The 2nd Street Stage free concert series opened Thursday as bluegrass band Black River Revue performed beneath the setting summer sun. The Park Rapids Area High School concert choirs, concert choraliers, chamber singers and soloists will perform hits of the 1940s, 50s, 60s and 70s in cabaret fashion at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 13 in the high school auditorium.
